3. Appointments
3.1 By Appointment Only
Aura & Grace operates by appointment only. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated. Appointments must be scheduled in advance through our website, email, or phone.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
We require 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or loss of future booking privileges.
3.3 Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule or shorten your appointment time to accommodate other clients.
4. Orders and Purchases
4.1 Deposits
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to place an order for custom or made-to-order dresses. This deposit reserves your spot in our production schedule and begins the design process.
4.2 Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid in full before the dress is released to you. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payment methods.
4.3 Custom Orders
Custom orders are made specifically for you and cannot be canceled once production begins. All custom orders are final sale and non-refundable.
4.4 Production Timeline
Custom and made-to-order dresses typically require 12-16 weeks for production. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on design complexity and seasonal demand.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Due to the personalized nature of our custom and made-to-order dresses, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
5.2 Ready-to-Wear Items
Ready-to-wear items may be returned within 14 days of purchase in unworn, unaltered condition with all original tags attached. Returns must be accompanied by a receipt. Exchanges are subject to availability. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns.
5.3 Sale Items
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. Alterations
Alterations services are available for an additional fee. Pricing depends on the complexity of alterations required. All alterations must be discussed and approved before work begins. Payment for alterations is due at the time of service.
We cannot guarantee the fit of dresses altered by third-party seamstresses. For best results, we recommend using our in-house alteration services.
7. Measurements and Fittings
Accurate measurements are essential for proper fit. We will take your measurements during your appointment. You are responsible for notifying us immediately of any significant changes to your measurements after ordering.
Fitting appointments will be scheduled as your dress nears completion. You are responsible for attending all scheduled fittings. Missing fittings may delay your delivery date or result in improper fit.
8. Liability and Disclaimers
While we take every care with our dresses, slight variations in color, texture, and embellishments may occur between samples and final products. Fabric dye lots may vary slightly. These natural variations are not considered defects.
Aura & Grace is not responsible for damages resulting from improper care, alterations performed by third parties, or normal wear and tear.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to event cancellations, photography issues, or personal disappointment.
9. Care Instructions
Each dress comes with specific care instructions. It is your responsibility to follow these instructions to maintain the quality and appearance of your garment. Professional cleaning is recommended for all bridal and ballroom dresses.
10. Photography and Marketing
By purchasing from Aura & Grace, you consent to having your photo taken during appointments and fittings for our records and potential marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or have your images used in marketing materials, please inform us in writing.
11. Intellectual Property
All designs, patterns, and creative works produced by Aura & Grace remain the intellectual property of the business. Reproduction, copying, or distribution of our designs without written permission is prohibited.
